Give expats an opportunity to earn UAE citizenship? Really? There are so many reasons for why I stand as an opponent for this idea. The writer depended on the western countries and how they increase their citizens, and he forgot who we are. The idea isn't just about increasing the number of citizens. What he must think of is that the UAE identity is not cheap at all. No one deserves the UAE nationality accept for the native people, but about the long-term UAE residents, I think that they should focus a lot on their matter, because this resident person better be so similar to the native people, what I mean by is that there must be no difference at all, in language, behavior, culture, religion, and he's suppose to act like a native person. Researches say that 91% of Dubai citizens are not originally native. Anyhow, committing to what the law says is the most important thing in the country. If they really look after this most luxurious pearl as we do, even in their hearts, and nothing will be more important for them than the country, until they reach the level where he deserves the national identity, then I'll say that they do.
ReplyDeleteThis subject dose not even worth reading. I mean why people are discussing it. If the government said no once, why they ask again. And now some Indians (the most people in UAE) are seeing them selves above Emiratis. Even though they should have some respect for the country that allowed them to come here. The article says that why can’t not Emiratis have the citizen ship like our ancestors. Well, they shouldn’t compare themselves to our ancestors, because before about 42 years there was no UAE and our ancestors came to this area before that. And other people of other country did not come to this country and they didn’t think about it because they think that they are better, and now after it improved to be one of the most recognized countries in the world, they changed there minds? Is this some kind of a game? I think that the government stand still and never gave up the citizen ship to anyone who comes by.

ReplyDeleteI do not think that this resolution rightly, that if they gave the West the national identity will pollute the reputation of the United Arab Emirates. Most UAE's are from the West and come from all over the world.If they gave them a chance to take the United Arab Emirates would be extended sexual chaos. Because the number of UAE population is approximately 5,000,000. And not all of them Emirates. Emirates approximately 2,000,000, and the rest are the West. So if people gave all possible sexual they are doing bad things for signs and it will reflect a bad image meant. We do not accept this. West will begrudge that we are bad. It will take about Islam they too bad. So I don't want that happen.

I think that this subject is not a right thing, because the people in UAE are 5,000,000 and not all of them Emirates. Emirates approximately 2,000,000, and the rest are the West. I think this idea is a good thing because the UAE has taken serious steps to tackle what is both a human rights and a demographic matter. In 2011, President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan issued a decree allowing children born to expatriate fathers and Emirati mothers to seek UAE citizenship, opening the door to “several thousand” young men and women. For instance, living in Saudi Arabia for a decade gives the applicant 10 points, a Bachelors degree equates to five points while a Master's degree counts for eight points. Thereafter an application for citizenship can be filed.
ReplyDeleteI am not agree with this because they are above the million if they have like emirates then it will difference they are more than emirate people. Before there are not her when the life style become modern and modern they want to live with us and to have like emirate. Some of then have no respect so they will make the country not good or not to not improve the life style. In UAE the indian people are much more than emirate people.
