Exercise is very important for our body. We must do everyday or 3 times in a week. At work u should do some exercise when you get stress or you get tired. There is ways to stay fit at work, such as sitting on giant exercise balls instead of chairs. But I don’t think that people getting fit in there desk because they sitting and eating or drink a coffee. I advice all people to do exercise. For example play football or swim in the beach and more.
Well, Exercise sure help the body get better, and help reduce heart disease. However, I am not sure that I can walk for 3 hours; it is really a long time. And the worse part is that you are working. I actually find it difficult to concentrate on many things at one time, such as reading while walking or writing (and even typing) while walking. Still, there are many people who can do several things at the same time and yet don’t get headache. Furthermore, there are ways to be one of those people for instance, you can play PlayStation while sending a message or try to do mothers work (which I don’t really recommend). Moreover, I think it is really helpful to keep the employees fit, because as the saying says “A healthy mind is in a healthy body”. But I certainly wander how are the fat people doing with that idea?
You want a healthy life? Healthy body? I extremely agree with what the article says. I know many people in my daily life that have some issues in ether back, neck, legs, or any part in their body. Teachers, students, or people working in offices, they usually just stay seated on their chairs to do their work, for example, I had a teacher last year, that just stayed seated when he taught, so while the days where running and that’s the way he taught, unfortunately he got a back problem that he had to stay in the hospital for about 3 days. Office workers also suffer from the same problems. Exercising is good and healthy for your body, it also wouldn’t let you suffer from these pains again inshallah. You’re asking: How can you exercise in your work time? It’s very easy, what I’m talking about isn’t exercising as if you are in a GYM or a Fitness club. What I’m talking about, are the small exercises, just like, moving your toes while your seated, walk around a bit, take some deep breaths, knock out the stress, and eat healthy food to keep you awake and concentrated.
I think its very good way to make your life healthy in smart way, which when you work you are only sitting on the chair and looking at the laptop or computer so this make you lazy and make you feel sleepy, and this is best way for you which you are walking and you are working on the same time for a long time. When you walk you should stay at least 20 minute because at 20 minute the body will burn the calories. Even if you walking at 1mile an hour has very substantial benefits. When you at the work and you use the computer you feel tired and bored so you can do exercise to active your body. The benefit of exercise is to control your weight and to reduces the risk of dying prematurely from heart disease. I advice to the people to do exercise at least 3 times at the week because the exercise is very important to your health.

As you can see there are different bodies fat or thin and we all want the fit body. but, the question is can people get a fit body? the answer is yes because they can exercise at least 2-3 times in a week for 20-30 minutes and burn 350 calories each day by walking. On the other hand business people feel bored when they sit on the moving chair and keep working for hours. So to find a solution for their people I suggest that they move their toes while seated, walk around, take a deep breaths. The most important thing to get a fit body is what kind of food you eat and I agree on the healthy food because it is more helpful and refresh you mind. I agree with the article, exercise is important in our live. People sometimes complain about their health and body fitness when they don't even walk to their work. To have a good health and a attractive body we can walk for at least thirty minutes everyday, It Is good for our body and mind and it will help us in our work, But business people have it worse they are exercising and working on their phones which may stress them and prevent them from exercising. So if one really wants to improve his life, he should exercise.
